"he charity's objects (""the objects"") are:(1) to promote general charitable purposes for the benefit of the community of portsmouth and the surrounding area as the executive committee see fit; to provide relief from financial hardship and social and/or economic disadvantage; to advance the education of its residents of all ages; and to provide opportunities for the aforementioned residents to participate fully in the life of their community in ways which address and alleviate social and economic disadvantage in particular but without limitation to the foregoing, through the provision and distribution of community focused media and newspapers; and(2) the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the said residents in such ways as the executive committee see fit, including assistance to find employment."
