1) the advancement of education and religion among blind and partially sighted children by establishing and supporting any school or similar institution established for advancing the education of such children and conducted in accordance with the doctrine and rites of the roman catholic church.2) the relief of physically handicapped persons generally by the establishment and maintenance of day centres in the interests of social welfare in order that the conditions of life for such persons may be improved, and, with special reference to the requirements of blind of partially sighted persons to provide training an rehabilitation for such persons.3) the provision and maintenance for aged persons in need thereof (whether or not blind or partially sighted or otherwise physically handicapped) residential accommodation and any associated amenities specially designed or adapted to meet the disabilities and requirements of such persons.4) the support of other charitable purposes for the furtherance of education or the relief of poverty or suffering
