Objects:

to advance the christian religion in shifnal and district in the county of shropshire by drawing the churches of that area together into greater understanding and unity, enabling church members to share more fully im the ecumenical movement, enabling member churches to bear a more united witness in the community and serve it more effectively and by making such expression of their common faith and devotion as may from time to time be found desirable.
