"the purposes for which the said premises hereby assured are to be used are for all or any of the purposes following that is to say:a. for the celebration of divine service in accordance with the rites and ceremonies of the church of england as now by law established.b. as a school or schools for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring manufacturing and other poorer classes in the said parishes and any other parish or ecclesiastical district the senior children from which may at any time hereafter attend such school or schools.c. as a residence or residences for a teacher or teachers of the said school or schools.d. as a class-room meeting room or lecture-room for confirmation or communicants' classes or for other religious instruction or for secular instruction.e. for any other purposes for promoting aiding and furthering the objects and work of the church of england in the said parish and it is hereby declared that subject and without prejudice to the trust's hereinbefore declared the incumbent for the time being of the said parishes (hereinafter referred to as ""the incumbent"") or during his absence of disability or the avoidance of his benefice by the officiating minister for the time being of the parish (or ecclesiastical district) of st helen aforesaid or by the nominees or licensees of the incumbent or such officiating minister as aforesaid as the case may be permitted to use or may allow the said premises or any part thereof (at hours when the same shall not be actually in use for any of the purposes hereinbefore defined) to be used as a place of meeting for clerical meetings for social conferences of the clergy for district visitors for committees of any societies for the promotion of any religious philanthropic charitable or benevolent purpose and for meetings to be called in aid or for the benefit of any such societies or for any other meetings or for any other objects ends or purposes having in view the spiritual intellectual moral or social wants of the neighbouring population which the incumbent or such officiating minister as aforesaid as the case may be may think proper but this provision is permissive only and is not intended to be construed or considered as forming any part of the trusts of these presents which are for the educational ecclesiastical and religious purposes hereinbefore defined exclusively provided always that the said premises shall not nor shall any part thereof be used for any purpose whatsoever which may be inimical to the welfare of the church of england as now by law established or contrary to the principles of the said church and that any such school or schools as aforesaid shall always be in union with and conducted upon the principles and in furtherance of the ends and designs of the national society for promoting the education of the poor in the principles of the established church throughout england and wales (hereinafter referred to as ""the national society) and that subject to the trusts hereinbefore declared and the provisoes and declarations herein contained and the visiting power hereinafter given the said premises shall be in all respects under the sole management and control of the trustees who shall from time to time direct for what purpose or purposes and in what manner the same shall be used and any such school or schools as aforesaid and the education and instruction to be given therein shall be managed and controlled by a committee to be appointed in accordance with rules and regulations to be from time to time authorised by the national society and that the bishop for the time being of the diocese wherein the said parishes are or for the time being shall be situate or other the ordinary shall have the powers of a visitor over the trust premises and over the management and control thereof and the trustees shall in all things whatsoever pertaining to the said trust observe and carry out all directions or orders from time to time made or to be made by the said bishop or such other ordinary as aforesaid."
