Objects:

(1) to promote all or any of the biosciences for the benefit of the public; and(2) to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities which are associated with all or any of the biosciences and to promote the effective use of charitable resources for purposes to promote the biosciences or advance education in the biosciences for the benefit of the public by:-a) organising conferences and holding other meetings which act as a forum for the exchange of information between those organisations;b) providing advice, information, administrative and secretarial, technical and other services and facilities to those organisations; andc) representing a range of views to policy makers and funders.
