"1. to advance the education of the public and to preserve and display and to restore use and maintain the artefact or artefacts comprising the trust property, the ex-great western railway auto-trailer no 163 and other artefacts appertaining thereto, on the undertaking currently known as the cambrian railway society at oswestry, shropshire and at other suitable locations subject to such locations being in the opinion of the trustees suitable for display of the vehicle. 2. for the benefit of the public to use the property to promote public knowledge appreciation and understanding of the historical educational scientific and cultural aspects of the trusts property with particular regard to the age of the artefact and its historic significance. 3. in this document the words ""restore"" and ""preserve"" shall have meanings ascribed to them in ""standards in the museum care of larger and working objects"" appendix c paragraph 3 1994 published by the museums and galleries commission."
