1. to relieve poverty, distress and improve the quality of life of refugees from the democratic republic of congo, burundi, rwanda; tanzania uganda, kenya, ivory coast, rep. of central africa. congo brazzaville angola living in enfield and surrounding areas, by setting up projects in areas such as leisure and recreational activities, youth activities, health promotion, advice and information interpretation and translation services2. to promote education and training for the community to increase chances of employability within the above community and for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment.3. to educate and assist children and young persons from central africa through school and leisure time activities4. to promote the benefit of the community in lees and its surrounding areas(the area of benefit) and in particular without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing. the refugees from africa living in the community, by associated together the said people and the local authorities and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and provide training in different fields with the object of improving their skills and consequently increase their chance of getting employment.
