(a) to help and assist individuals and groups or professional bodies, whose race, gender, color, disability, age, background economic or lack of skills and lack of confidence circumstances place them at a disadvantaged gaining suitable employment, to acquire, develop information technology skills by providing courses of training and instruction and by enabling access to resources and placements utilizing such skills thereby enabling those individuals to compete more effectively for employment. to provide and maintain property and facilities which would house such activities.(b) to relieve and alleviate the conditions of life for children and young adults who have a disability (including those with learning disabilities) in particular by 1) the provision for them of facilities for physical and mental recreation in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions o f life 2) promoting and increase in the rang of educational and recreational facilities available to them 3) the provision of respite car for the families and carers of children and young adults with disabilities 4) active encouragement of the engagement between able and disabled bodied children and their families especially but not exclusively in a play situation the provision of education training and advisory counselling and support services for their families and cares and for professionals working in the field of care for childhood disability to provide and maintain property, facilities which would house such activities.(c) the relief of forced and voluntary homelessness poverty and sickness and in particular the provision of temporary accommodation and soup kitchen facilities relief for homeless persons in for such charitable purposes within the area of benefit to advance the education of such people by the provision of training in it, self-help and social skills, legal advise, assistance and services which they would not otherwise obtain through lack of means promoting good race relations by endeavouring to eliminate discrimination on grounds of race and encouraging equality of opportunity between persons of different racial groups to provide interest groups with the intention of reconciliation and understanding where relevant and beneficial to the interest group (homeless) to provide and maintain property, facilities which would house such activities.(d) to alleviate the conditions of life amongst people who are caring or who have cared for elderly, sick, disabled, handicapped or otherwise infirm persons (i) to relieve and alleviate and to advance, promote, encourage and assist in the relief or alleviation of all kinds of mental and physical or handicap including mental illness attribute to caring amongst carers and those persons for whom they are caring (ii) to advance education concerning caring amongst carers and the public by the provision of advice, support, training, and other assistance to their carers, (iii) the provision of respite care for the people they care for and other services which would advance the above objectives. (iv) to provide carers with the services enabling them to take part in society on an equal basis with non disabled families to relieve the poverty, sickness and distress and further the education of elderly persons to provide recreational facilities in the interests of social welfare to persons who need these facilities because of their age, infirmity, disablement, poverty or social or economic circumstances with th object of improving their conditions of life (v) to provide and maintain property and facilities which would house such active
