to further such charitable purposes for the benefit of students of nursing and midwifery as the trustees determine from time to time in particular but not limited to the foregoing by:(a) providing such accommodation as the trustees see fit (in particular the ted adams house - so long as it shall remain in the ownership of the charity and shall be in the opinion of the trustees suitable for such purposes) for use and enjoyment as a hostel or residence by students of nursing and midwifery;(b) providing financial assistance for the education and training of students of nursing and midwifery (whether pre- or post- registration) undergoing courses of study in the guildford area including but not limited to the foregoing the provision of grants or bursaries to individuals in such amounts as the trustees in their absolute discretion determine; and(c) advancing the development of nursing and midwifery education and training in the guildford area.
