To promote charitable purposes for the benefit of the community without distinction of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race or of political or religious or other opinions, and in particular by: (a) The promotion of improved health and wellbeing and the relief of poverty and distress. (b) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities and services that empower individuals to develop personally, and to build stronger and more cohesive communities.
