Objects:
1. the promotion of health by relieving the sickness and distress of persons who have suffered physical, sexual or mental abuse or trauma by providing psychotherapy treatment and the following complementary therapies, aromatherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, chiropractic, therapeutic massage, yoga and such other therapies for which the prior written consent of the charity commission for england and wales has been obtained; and2. the advancement of education, in particular by the promotion and undertaking of medical research into therapy for and the treatment of those suffering from trauma and the dissemination of the useful results of that research. for the avoidance of doubt, in clause 1. psychotherapy treatment may include psychodynamic psychotherapy, dance movement therapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, voice and sound therapy, group analysis and hypnotherapy.
