the advancement of education, learning and training of the public through the creation of enhanced learning provisions, extended partnership working, increased access to opportunities and improved quality and diversity of learning opportunities.the charity will undertake activities in furtherance of these objects and in particular will:-- develop and co-ordinate enhanced needs-led provision in partnership with blackburn with darwen borough council and existing statutory, voluntary and private sector bodes of a statutory duty to provide or improve education. - encourage, identify, disseminate and celebrate best practice education and learning activities- promote opportunities for sustainable e-learning across the borough- contribute to community and economic regeneration in blackburn with darwen- arrange and provide for, either alone or with others, the holding of exhibitions, meetings, lectures, classes, seminars, conferences or training courses, including in-service training courses and all forms of recreational and other leisure activities- write, print or publish papers, books or other documents, including films and recording material as will further the above objects.
