to hold the capital and income of the charity and to apply the income, and all or such part or parts of the capital, at such time or times and in such manner a the trustees may in their discretion think fit for or towards the following objects:-the provision of or assistance in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the benefit of those who by reason of their youth infirmity or disablement poverty or social and economic circumstances have need of such facilities in particular through the provision of holidays for such persons and the provision of community recreational facilities for local children and subject hereto for such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion determine.
