Objects:
"1) to further the education (including social and physical training of children attending the sacred heart roman catholic primary school (hereinafter called ""the school"") at tollgate bretton peterborough aforesaid in the roman catholic diocese at east anglia (hereinafter called the diocese"")2) providing financial assistance outfits clothing instruments and books to pupils attending the school as well as bus fares or other travel expenses to enable pupils to attend the school3) providing financial assistance to enable all or any one or more of the pupils attending the school to go on a school trip or otherwise as members of a school party or otherwise as pare of the outings organised by the school which in any such event is in the absolute discretion of the charity trustees such as may reasonably be expected or is intended to enhance further or improve the education of the relevant pupils attending the school and further that a school party attending a christmas pantomime at a theatre or other similar establishment no more than once a term during the school year shall be treated as being within the objects of the charity4) awarding to pupils at the school grants or maintenance allowances to enable them to travel whether in the united kingdom or abroad in furtherance of their education5) otherwise furthering the education of the pupils at the school particularly having regard to the social welfare and spiritual aspects of their education but expressly excluding from the objects of the charity any payments that might otherwise be made for or contributions to the maintenance improvement or erection of school buildings and for the payment of school staff salaries nor shall the trust fund at any time be capable of inclusion in the accounts of the school."
