"1 the relief of persons with a disability arising from age, sickness or physical or mental disability who are dependent on others for their care by the provision of practical help, advice, assistance, service, support, advocacy and information to spouses, partners, relatives and others who have or assume an unpaid responsibility for their care and treatment (the carers) 2 to promote the interests of the carers defined in clause 3.1 including the relief of hardship and mental or physical sickness amongst the carers 3 to advance public education concerning the care and treatment of those requiring such care and treatment and their carers 4 to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society. for the purpose of this clause ""socially excluded"" means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one of more of the following factors: unemployment; financial hardship; youth or old age; ill health (physical or mental). 1) the relief of persons with a disability arising from age, sickness or physical or mental disability within the milton keynes area and who are dependant on others for their daily care by the provision of practical help, advice, assistance, service, support, advocacy and information to spouses, partners, relatives and others who have an unpaid responsibility for their daily care and treatment (""the carers"").2) the relief of poverty and mental and/or physical sickness or suffering amongst the carers defined in the above object.3) to advance public education concerning the care and treatment of those requiring such full time care and treatment because of age, disability or sickness. to relieve the needs of young carers for the public benefit through the provision of respite holidays, leisure pursuits and such other activities, guidance and training as the trustees deem appropriate in assisting to relieve their social isolation, improve their confidence, self esteem and general condition of life. “young carers” are defined as children and young people who have or assume responsibility for the care of a parent, guardian, or other person who has a disability arising from age, sickness, physical or mental disability in the county of buckinghamshire and who are dependent in whole or in part of their care."
