the trustees shall apply the income and such part of capital of the charity as they deem fit ( whether through donations to other charities or by any other charitable means) for or towards relief of those persons world-wide in financial need, hardship or distress, the relief of those who are sick and the preservation and protection of such persons; and advancement of their education by such charitable means as the trustees determine from time to time , in particular by the provision of housing or other accomodation, educational aid materials or facilities and the provision or payment for items, serivces and facilities to ease their suffering or assist in their recovery or to improve their welfare.
