Objects:
the charity's objects (the objects) are(a) to relieve unemployed people and their families who are in conditions of need in particular by providing or assisting in the provision of information, advice and representation for those unable to provide such services from their own resources. (b) to advance or assist in the advancement of the education and training of unemployed people. (c) in the interests of social welfare to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for the recreation or other leisure time occupation of unemployed people and their families, being people who have need of such facilities by reason of their poverty or their social and economic circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.(d) to relieve members of the public and their families who are in poverty by reason of:(1) inadequate income, or(2) inadequate or unsuitable housingby the provision of the following services to the extent that:(a) those assisted have need of those services by reason of their poverty and are unable to secure such services from their own resources and(b) the provision of those services is a charitable purposes;namely(i) the services referred to at (a) above;(ii) the provision of care and resettlement services or any other form of support which enables independent living;(iii) the provision of grants, guarantee bonds or other assistance to secure accommodation and/or household equipment or to enable those assisted to secure or retain living accommodation;(iv) the provision of advice or assistance to landlords or other third parties to enable provision or retention of living accommodation to or by those to be assisted.
