the organisations established for children aged 5 to 19 living in bolton, bury, greater manchester and lancashire, in particular but not exclusively:1) children who are looked after by local authorities2) children who are living in poverty3) children who are or are at risk of being socially isolated through their race, location, bullying and / or stressful family situations4) children suffering distress, abuse or neglect5) children living with or come from families of substance abusers; and6) youth offenders and those at risk or or involved in antisocial behaviourto provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation for the beneficiaries, without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinion by association with the local authorities and / or voluntary organisations and the inhabitants, in particular through the use of horses and other animals, with the object of advancing education and improving their conditions of life.
