3. the charity's objects ('the objects') are:(a) to advance the education and development of children under the age of five resident in the london borough of tower hamlets in particular those from and around the barkantine estate and millward ward (the 'area of benefit');(b) to advance the education of their parents and carers and to relieve unemployment in particular through the provision of quality affordable childcare, training, learning and employment initiatives;(c) to relieve poverty and sickness; (d) to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life; and(e) to further such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the area of benefit as the trustees see fit from time to time.
