Objects:
(a) the relief of financial hardship among persons who are or have been employees of arsenal holding plc (or any of its subsidiaries) and the spouses, widows, children or dependants of such persons and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) by making grants of money or goods or making arrangements for the supply of services or otherwise to or for the benefit of such persons;(b) to assist in the treatment and care of any persons suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness and the spouses, widows, children or dependants of such persons by the provision of financial assistance;(c) to educate and assist young persons through their leisure time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved; and (d) to support and assist any other registered charity.
