i) the care and resettlement and rehabilitation of offenders, and those at risk of offending, from the ethnic minority communities.ii) the advancement of the education, training and employment opportunities of offenders, and those at risk of offending, from the ethnic minority communities, so as to advance them in life and assist them in avoiding re-offending.iii) to provide advice, guidance, information and support to offenders, and those at risk of offending from the ethnic minority communities.iv) the preservation, protection and restoration of the physical, mental and emotional health of offenders, and those at risk of offending from the ethnic minority communities, especially of those recently released from prison.v) the promotion, for the benefit of the public, in partnership with the police, probation service, prison service and other statutory and voluntary bodies, of measures to address the causes of crime in the ethnic minority communities, with a view to the prevention and solution of such crime.
