(a) the advancement of education among members of the ethiopian community in the uk, by the provision of english/ethiopian classes, lectures and study groups, including but not by way of limitation classes on health related issues.(b) the relief of poverty hardship and distress among failed asylum seekers of ethiopian origin and other persons of ethiopian origin living permanently or temporarily in the uk by the provision of financial or material support, including at the discretion of the trustees grants for the purchase of goods or services.(c) the provision in the interests of social welfare of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation, in particular traditional ethiopian religious, cultural and public celebrations, among members of the ethiopian community in the uk who are in need of such facilities by reason of their economic or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
