Objects:

(a) to relieve and assist persons who experience physical or mental ill-health (impaired mental health) or disability as a result of gross violation of human rights, torture or other atrocities;(b) to prevent sickness and protect the health of persons who are at risk by reason of their experience of torture, hostilities, genocides or other atrocities.(c) to relieve poverty among the persons mentioned at (a) and (b) above, and (d) to educate the public on all issues concerning gross violations of human rights, torture and atrocities and their effect on persons who suffer them.
