the branch scheme’s objects are specifically restricted to the following: to relieve the stresses experienced by carers and beneficiaries. the area of benefit shall be five local authority districts in the county of gloucestershire, namely: gloucester city council, cheltenham borough council, cotswold district council, stroud district council, and tewkesbury borough council, and their environs, as agreed by the board of trustees of crossroads association. in this document “beneficiaries†means any person or people who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age; “carers†means any person or individuals involved in the provision of care for a person or people who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age.
