2. objects2.1 the trustees shall hold the capital and income of the trust fund upon trust to apply the income and, if the trustees think fit, all or such parts of the capital, at such time or times and in such manner for the public benefit: 2.1.1 to promote the protection of human life and the protection of the health of the public (and, in particular, young persons) from the danger of death and injury from carbon monoxide, including through advancement of the education of the public (including the medical community) as to the danger of death and injury from carbon monoxide and the methods of preventing such death and injury; and 2.1.2 for such other exclusively charitable objects or purposes in any part of the world (in particular, but not exclusively, for the benefit of children and young persons) as the trustees may in their discretion think fit.
