Objects:

in oxfordshire and surrounding areas,(1) to advance the education of the general public in particular those of chinese ethnic origin in the chinese language, arts and traditions;(2) to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, for education, recreation and leisure with the object of improving the cultural awareness and the conditions of life of the chinese community; and(3) to promote racial harmony and understanding between people of chinese origin and other communities.
