3.1 to further such charitable purposes for the benefit of persons who are disadvantaged whether through deprivation of family, skills, education or otherwise so that they may participate in a learning environment and/or life skills programme; enabling them to integrate into their communities; and assisting them in gaining employment and support in order to secure their future well being.3.2 to promote the rehabilitation of men and women who are disadvantaged or who have suffered or are liable to suffer a restriction on their liberty in any penal establishment or through any means whatsoever, including provision of:(a) temporary community accommodation for single men and women and men and women with dependent children;(b) basic, key, academic and vocational skills;(c) facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure with the object of improving the conditions of life for the aforementioned persons; and(d) counselling services.3.3 to relieve and assist in the relief of sickness and distress amongst persons who have, or are recovering from abuse, drug, alcohol and other addictions by the provision of treatment, rehabilitation programmes and accommodation. 3.4 to promote the mental, spiritual, moral, and physical development and improvement of such persons by encouraging them to become independent by assisting with their rehabilitation into the community and motivating and encouraging them to find permanent accommodation and employment.3.5 to further such other purposes that are charitable under the laws of england and wales for the benefit of such persons as the directors see fit from time to time.
