to preserve and protect the health of patients of north wales by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment, most particularly:i. the provision of a ct scanner to be used as a virtual simulator in the planning of radiotherapy treatments at north wales cancer treatment centre at ysbyty glan clwyd and:ii. the extension of alaw unit ysbyty gwynedd.
