"the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the following objects (""the objects"")(1) for the sole benefit of st. mary's church, glyntaff; (2) the creation of a contingency reserve fund to meet any shortfalls in the year to year income of st. mary's;(3) (i) the fund shall be used for the church building, services, grounds and appurtenance and other essential charges which are necessary to meet to support the financial viability and integrity as an independent constituent of the church in wales;(3) (ii) the trust shall not be used to cover any annual shortfalls of income over expenditure in circumstances where the shortfall results from any expenditure ultra vires this trust."
