the objects of the charity are:(1) (a) the provision of housing accommodation for the beneficiaries; and (b) such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustees decide.(2) the provision of a school within the meaning of the education acts as defined in section 578 of the education act 1996 as amended from time to time and any regulations made under the education acts (including as an academy) in the area of benefit. (3) the advancement of education amongst persons being under the age of 21 years and resident in the area of benefit.
