"to promote the advancement of education, the protection of health, the relief of poverty, sickness and distress and any other charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in and around the district of uttlesford in the county of essex (""the area of benefit"") by the promotion of voluntary service and for these purposes, but not otherwise, the charity shall:(a) advise and guide persons willing to volunteer;(b) provide a centre or centres; and (c) advise and guide organisations using volunteers, particularly those being members of the charity."
