Objects:

(3.1) for the benefit to the public to relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals. (3.2) to promote humane behaviour towards animals by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for animals which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.(3.3) the promotion for the benefit of the public of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation (primarily in south yorkshire) by all or any of the following means(3.3.1) the relief of financial hardship(3.3.2) the relief of unemployment:(3.3.3) the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience;(3.4) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health particularly among elderly and infirm people and those with physical, sensory or mental impairments residing permanently or temporarily in south yorkshire through the provision of education and leisure time activities in the field of animal care and welfare. (3.5) to assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, by the provision of facilities for work and recreation in the field of animal care and welfare.
