a.) to advance the education and training of the inhabitants of withernsea and surrounding area in radio broadcasting and media skills techniques. b.) to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of withernsea and the surrounding area the provision of community radio as a recreational facility for the public at large in the interest of social welfare and with an object of improving the condition of life of said inhabitants.
