(i) to preserve, protect and maintain the heritage of the rms titanic and her sister ships and the white star line for the benefit of the public, in particular but not exclusively by creating a permanent heritage centre;(ii) to provide a permanent memorial to the passengers and crew who lost their lives in the titanic tragedy by creating a garden of remembrance, a multi denominational chapel of remembrance and an annual award for preservation/conservation of outstanding achievements in titanic and white star heritage; and(iii) to advance education and research into the design, building and life of the titanic and to disseminate the useful result for the benefit of the public.
