to advance the education and of the public by training them to recognise and acknowledge factors which give rise to prejudice and discrimination by reason of race, gender, class, sexuality, physical ability, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, life circumstances, mental, social economic and educational background or any other factor. the company shall effect its objectives by using all appropriate methods available including but not limited to:1 training individuals and groups in learning effective leadership skills and strategies needed to resolve and eliminate prejudice and discrimination in all its forms and to welcome diversity and resolve conflict;2 developing teams within communities and organisations to equip individuals in bridge building skills to effectively deal with prejudice and discrimination and to take on and tackle inter group conflicts;3 to develop ongoing leadership skills to initiate programmes within organisations and communities, to build bridges between people of difference to take on develop and foster respect for all communities of people from diverse backgrounds; and4 to work across communities with key partners and stakeholders wherever possible to bring an end to prejudice and discrimination
