"the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the following objects (""the objects"") 'to apply the monies and assets left by testamentary disposition to wooler united reformed church (in exclusion of any disposition in favour of the united reformed church in general or other particular united reformed church regional or national body initiative proposal or sub-organisation) for the maintenance, repair and restoration of wooler united reformed church and church yard and land and the religious and charitable work of the church for the local community of wooler and in any case in accordance and always subject to and limited by the wording and value of the particular legacies of which the bequest fund is comprised at the time of each particular expenditure of monies comprising the bequest fund'."
