Objects:
1) to support and promote general charitable purposes for the benefit of the community of south yorkshire;2) to develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of south yorkshire in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and participate more fully in society including through supporting volunteering for charitable purposes;3) to advance education generally;4) to promote and protect good health for the public benefit in south yorkshire;5) to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of south yorkshire the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants;6) the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment;7) the relief of poverty and financial hardship;8) to advance the protection, conservation and enhancement of the environment;9) such other charitable purposes connected to the above objects as the trustees think fit.
