Objects:
(a) the provision of almshouses for beneficiaries who have been resident in the area of benefit for one year immediately prior to appointment, or for five consecutive years at any time prior to appointment;(b) such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents of those almshouses as the trustees decide;(c) the relief of persons in conditions of financial need in the area of benefit in such manner as the trustees think fit.(2) the land identified in part 4 of the schedule to this scheme must be retained by the trustees for use for the objects of the charity.
