the objects of the association shall be the relief of persons in the county of worcestershire who are in need by reason of mental illness, physical or learning disability, sensory impairment, age or other conditions impacting on mental or physical health, by providing information, advocacy and support with a view to enabling such persons to obtain their full rights and privileges as citizens, to participate fully in society, and to make a constructive input into the planning, monitoring and development of health, social and non-statutory services.
