3.1 the association shall seek to improve the working environment of black staff within northamptonshire police service, whilst striving to promote for the benefit of the public, the efficiency of northamptonshire police and to promote good citizenship and greater public participation in the prevention and solution of crime in northamptonshire. the association will strive to enhance the quality of service to the people of northamptonshire whilst promoting justice, equality and racial harmony.
