to advance the public's education, in particular but not exclusively refugees, the unemployed and people from minority ethnic groups, in radio broadcasting by:a) promoting, producing, broadcasting and streaming original and creative radio broadcasts of high quality to the education and enjoyment of the production members and the general public,b) providing training in and opportunities for development of the skills required for radio broadcasting and media communication,c) providing a forum for the exchange of information on all issues relating to radio broadcasting and media communication, d) undertaking research into issues affecting the public in radio broadcasting and media communications and making the useful results of such research available to the public.
