"3. the charity's objects (""the objects"") are to preserve and protect the health and relieve the suffering of people with leukaemia or other cancers, in particular but not exclusively by:-(i) to provide support and financial assistance by way of donations loans grants or in any other manner to cure leukaemia (registered company number 4569714) or any other charity, association, institution or other body or individual whose activities include leukaemia or other cancer research or treatment or in any other way working to provide finance, support, treatment, nursing, counselling for or otherwise support leukaemia or other cancer patients and/or their friends, family or carers.(ii) to establish, promote, assist, undertake and provide research premises, facilities and services of all kinds and in particular to enter into, assist others, provide facilities for others, or carry out or participate in carrying out research in relation to the effective treatment of leukaemia and/or other forms of cancer.(iii) to financially assist where necessary, in research and treatments carried out by others, whether the national health service or otherwise, where the costs of drugs for such treatments may be prohibitively expensive to the nhs or other treatment provider or to the relevant patient.(iv) to collect and circulate statistics, facts, reports, statements, articles and other information in any way relating to or affecting leukaemia or other cancer research and treatment thereof.(v) to financially support or assist any person suffering from leukaemia or any other cancer."
