'the green project' aims at helping the above groups of people to reinforce their 'skills for life' and re-gain their practical vocational skills in gardening and horticulture, strengthen their confidence and self-esteem, provide them with the appropriate transferable skills to increase their chances of employability and support them to re-integrate into the wider community, empowering them to make decisions for themselves regarding mental health, training and employment.
