Objects:
(a) to advance religion according to the tenets of sanatan dharam faith. in furtherance of this object but not otherwise the executive committee may exercise the following powers:-(i) to encourage, promote and organise public lectures, educational classes and other courses of education for the propagation of sanatan vedic values, traditions and rituals;(ii) acquire and hold property for the purposes of the charity;(iii) to raise and borrow money for all or any of the above objectives in such manner on such security as may be determined from time to time;(iv) to invest and deal with monies of the charity not immediately required, in such manner as from time to time determined by the charity;(v) to do any such lawful activity as shall further the objectives of the charity;(vi) to establish a place of prayer, meditation and rituals for the followers of the religion of sanatan dharam generally within the region and the united kingdom;(b) the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit by:-(i) advancing education and raising awareness in equality and diversity; and(ii) promoting activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds.
