3.1) the objects of the company are the promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation within the local government area of the redruth north ward (the area of benefit) by all or any of the following means:-a) to promote the improvement of the physical and social infrastructure of the area of benefit.b) to preserve, protect and enhance in any way for the public benefit, amenities and buildings including (but not limited to) buildings or features of historic, architectural, or natural interest within the area of benefit.c) the provision of housing for these who are in conditions of need and the improvement of housing in the public sector or in charitable ownership provided that such power shall not extend to relieving any local authorities or other bodies of a statutory duty to provide or improve housing.d) to provide facilities for public recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for those living or working in the area of benefit.e) to relieve poverty, distress and sickness among those living or working in the area of benefit, including (but not limited to) working with multi-agency groups and bodies and community representatives.f) to advance education and learning, including training in skills relevant to securing employment, among those living or working in the area of benefit.g) to further any other purpose or purposes for the benefit of those living or working in the area of benefit.
