1) to relieve poverty and distress among children and young adults, who are orphans or who are destitute particularly, but not exclusively, those who are resident at the shalom happy home in devipatanan, tamil nadu, india and to advance their education.2) to advance the education of the general public relating to the untouchable or outcast people of india who are known as dalits with particular regard to the oppression, marginalisation and subsequent poverty from which they suffer.
