the charity's objects (the objects) are:the provision of facilities for the pursuance of play, recreational and other social and leisure-time opportunities for children and young persons under the age of 16, resident in the beaumaris area, being facilities:-(a) of which such children and young persons, by reason of their age/youth and/or social, cultural and economic circumstances; and(b) which will improve the conditions of life for such young children and young persons, promoting their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and general health and well-being.
