"3. the objects of the charity are ('the objects'):3.1 the promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation, and in particular in the attercliffe and darnall areas of the the city of sheffield and in disadvantaged communities in south yorkshire (""the area of benefit"") by the following means:3.1.1 the relief of poverty3.1.2 the relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment3.1.3 the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly amongst unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience3.1.4 the provision or assistance in the provision of recreational facilities for the public at large or those who by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities3.1.5 the protection or conservation of the environment3.1.6 the maintenance, improvement or provision of public health facilities and childcare3.1.7 the promotion of public safety and the prevention of crime3.1.8 such other means as may from time to time be determined subject to the prior written consent of the charity commission.3.2 to develop the capacity and skills of the socially and economically disadvantaged community reside in the area of benefit in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and participate more fully in society."
