to promote for the benefit of the public, particularly the needy and disadvantaged vulnerable people who are men, women, children and youth in the united kingdom and else where in the world, in particular africa with headquarters for african operations in cameroon by:a) the relief of financial hardship, particularly but not exclusively by the provision of education and training, information and advice including vocational training and benefits advice and welfare rights;b) the relief of sickness and the promotion and protection of good health, particularly but not exclusively by the provision of counselling, advice, support including information on health related issues;c) the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public by the provision of education and training including vocational training and assistance to find employment; andd) to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
