1) to relieve persons who are suffering hardship or who by reasons of disability or their social or economic circumstances are disadvantaged or in need of assistance in romania or elsewhere;2) to broaden the education and skills of young people by working with or living with or assisting persons referred to in subclause (1) including the provision of experience for the young people with children less fortunate than themselves in places such as the alexandra centre or elsewhere;3) to educate and improve the skill of carers of persons referred to in subclause (1);4) to encourage local volunteers to support such carers to enable the relief of persons referred to in subclause (1) to be locally sustainable.5) such other purposes charitable in law;
